We are getting very excited for the Cancer Research UK London Winter Run.  Only a few weeks left ’til Team ZCAC takes to the course.  Will we see you there?

Hopefully you stayed on track with the first half of our 9 week training program, designed by PT Mollie.  Here is part 2.  Print it out, tie up your laces and go!
