Join Team ZCAC at the London Winter Run on 1st February 2015. Our own PTMollie has designed a 9 week training program for new runners to get you up to speed for this race. Enter before 16th December to take advantage of the Standard Entry Fee of £39. There is a group rate too so gather up some friends and train together.
First training run is on 1st December and starts off with walk/run intervals. Longer runs are on the weekends and you can time them to monitor your progress. Be sure to check with your doctor before starting a new fitness program if you don’t routinely exercise. We hope to see you at the start line!
